did anyone had this problem before? I can see the screen but without any brightness, even after change all the display settings.
after some hours it works fine again. Some times it takes 1 hour sometimes it takes 6-8h to fix alone.
Hi @ST77 The TU7005 seems to be a regional variation of the TU7000, I did see it on the Portugese site, may I ask where are you based?
In any case check Eco Settings are not enabled and your options in Intelligent Mode settings https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-use-the-energy-saving-mode-on-the-samsung-s... Do you have the latest firmware on Samsung Support, if not can be updated to USB and updated that way.
If no solution you may need to try a Factory Reset though, could also do a Picture Test. Settings-Support-Device Care-Self Diagnosis-Picture Test. Do any errors show here?
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
