I have just purchased a Q85 65"
I am experiencing a problem where once I have finished playing on the playstation and change the source back to Sky I get a default blue screen. I can hear the programme but no visuals.
I have also experienced it the other way round when changing from Sky to Playstation. Eg. Hear the PS4pro but no picture. When I go into the source connection guide I can see the playstation screen and troubleshoot and complete the process still no image on the main screen just the blue.
The only way I can resolve the issue is cutting the power to the one connect box and restarting.
I am sure it's something simple but it's taking the gloss off what is a fantastic TV.
Any ideas / help would be appreciated.
