Hi there.
I have an issue with my newly purchased tv of the QLED (2021) model QE65Q60A. I can't find the Bloomberg App in the App "hub". I have another Samsung TV from UE32T5305AK which is one or two years old, and it has the app installed.
On my new tv, I can find Bloomberg TV via the Samsung TV app on channel 4008. However, it is the U.S. BTV stream and not the U.S. BTV+, which is the one shown in the app on my old tv.
(The difference is that the BTV+ has the news reading/interviews etc. shown in a window with the rest of the screen showing data on stock indices, currencies, commodities, etc.)
Is there a way to install the Bloomberg app outside of the App hub? If not, a stream of BTV+ in the Samsung TV app would be greatly appreciated.
