Just installed a new Samsung QN90B TV, and having issues when I change volume up or down using a Xfinity remote. When using the Xfinity remote to change volume, the screen will go black, it will display the receiver volume in the bottom right corner, I'll lose audio for a second and the source box on the left side of the TV will display. After a second or two the video and audio will return. I mention the Xfinity remote specifically as if I use the Samsung remote to change volume, this doesn't happen.
I currently have a Sony STR-DH550 (older model yes, I'm aware) receiver, the Xfinity box is plugged into the receiver, and I have a 2.0 HDMI cable running to the HDMI3 port on the TV. Sound output is set to the receiver(HDMI), HDMI-ARC mode is set to auto, and the Anynet+ is turned on.
Any guesses on what's causing my issue and/or how to get it to stop? I'd prefer to use only one remote (Xfinity)
