Black and White Ambient Mode + Art

Hey! I was changing up Ambient Mode from my phone for my Samsung Frame TV this evening and all of a sudden it went black and white...everything on Ambient mode is now black and white and I CANNOT figure this out. I’d really appreciate some tips!!!

Hi there, did you ever figure out why it went black and white? I’m dealing with the same problem and it’s hard to find the solution.

Try clicking the enter button on your remote while on an ambient screen and go to settings. Make sure the saturation isn't all the way down. For some reason my TV randomly put it to 0
