Recently the BFI player stopped working on my UE48J5500 TV but now it has vanished completely and isn't available as an app to install. Has this app been withdrawn?
If it 's not available to download in the list of featured apps, then it will have been withdrawn we're afraid. Have you tried resetting your Smart Hub? Go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub.
