BBC IPlayer

Just got a new Samsung smart tv. BBC iPlayer won’t load, keeps telling me to try later. Not great!

my only Sonny TV never had this problem.

any ideas how to fix this and I won’t to watch World Cup!

Hi @GP1710  your Tv should certainly be compatible and I assume you have the latest firmware.

You could try is rebooting the router by unplugging from mains , are other  streaming services are ok and  is there any difference with Beta version? Troubleshooting guide here: obviously you may need to contact the BBC and /or Samsung though.  on occasions it in the past it was an issue with the server at Samsung's end
