BBC iplayer not working/ won’t open app on 2024 TV!

Please help? 

I have tried updating TV, on/off, updating app, deleting and reinstalling app. Nothing works. 

iplayer works on all Apple devices and old Samsung TV. Just not my new one. 

Any suggestions please?

You may need to reach out to the BBC app developers to see if it is an issue with the app?

Hi @MoodyMe welcome to the Samsung Community 😁. Have you checked your tv has the latest update? Whilst it should be compatible can check the certified list here https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/supported-devices/samsung

Know you have tried a fair amount of Troubleshooting. Sometimes can be issue at Samsung's end or may with the BBC side.

Try hard reset on tv, hold down power button on remote until it restarts, this resets the Home Screen, works for me
