Last time I buy Samsung. Is the second tv of this brand that last me less than 2 years. Suddenly tv screen turned darker in one half and started over heating in the other half. I tried all recommendations that you find online such as disconnecting it 30min, soft and hard reset and of course is all nuances, they do know this is a hardware failure on the cr*ppie backlight LEDs. They will charge you basically the cost of a new tv for a screen change which is actually unnecessary because they just need to change the LED, the thing is that this procedure is time consumption so they don’t do that… so you will end paying for a revision (when they always known without reviewing what was all about) and then just throwing the TV to the garbage and running to the shop for the next deception

I have had the same problem with 500 hours on the screen only since we don’t use that room. Now they’re asking me to basically pay the price of the tv to change the screen when they knew about it and still charged triage fees. I live in Bahrain so seems like this is a systematic approach Samsung does with all their dealers to scam their customer. Only regret is I have over 9 tvs only at my residence not to mention my offices and other businesses. I will definitely move to Sony
