Apps not loading after upgrade

Hi, I got an onscreen notice to say that my crystal UHD tv had run an upgrade last night.  Now the ITV Hub, BBC iPlayer apps and a couple of others wont load. Netflix and Amazon are fine and I still have connectivity.  I have tried reloading the apps... anyone else experienced anything similar?

can u not reinstall from tv's app store?

I have also just found that IPLAYER and ITVHUB no longer load on my Q65Q80T. I had software auto-update enabled so I suspect it has downloaded overnight as it was working fine last time I used it. Not sure if anything can be done??
