Apple TV App not available on The Frame 2018

Hi Samsung,

I have purchased Samsung The Frame 55 in 2018:

- Model Code: UE55LS003 (I think full code is UE55LS003AUXZT)

- Software: T-KTMDEUC-1280.5, BT - S

According to Apple's links, the 2018 Frame series should support Apple-TV: https://www.apple.com/apple-tv-app/devices/

I already did a soft reset of Smart-Hub, but no change.

It looks like my model is stuck on firmware 1280.5: I'm not sure if this is compatible with Apple TV.

Can you help to fix this issue?

I discussed with Tech Support, who very kindly explained that my model is from 2017, running Tizen 4.0 OS, and Apple released Apple TV App only for models running Tizen 5.0 OS, so The Frame 2018.

It is disappointing to me, as The Frame 2017 is just less than 3 years old! But the problem is with Apple rather than Samsung.
