Amazon Video won't open on my TV despite it opening without issue yesterday evening. Now, when I click the Amazon icon I get the loading page with the 'thinking' dots, but after a minute of not getting any further, the app boots me back out to the regular TV screen. I've performed a Smart Hub reset, reinstalled the Amazon app in the smart hub and checked the software is up to date but nothing has made a difference.
I have a smaller version of the same spec tv elewhere in my house and Amazon Video is working fine on that set so the issue is localised to just this TV.
Any suggestions?
