All4 app on QN94A (50”)

Why is it that there is some content showing as NOT AVAILABLE when using the All4 app on this new TV. I have reset the smart hub and reinstated the All4 app and updated the TV with latest Samsung software but with no success. Works ok through other devices such as PS5 and an older Samsung TV. Is this a known problem that is being addressed by Samsung and so when will I get a fix.

Hi Gidz

I have the same TV as you, just wondering do your most viewed channels (I use free view) reset every time you switch off the TV? It's really frustrating, my other Samsung updates the most viewed to the channels I watch (the HD channels 101, 102 etc) this one resets to 1,2,3,4 every time I switch off.

I've just called Samsung who said it was designed that way!

I've not encountered your issue

Yes we experience the same as you. However as we use Sky all the time it’s not an issue for us. 👍
