@Spakkaman : If you disconnect any external device from the TV, is the issue still present on all sources? If so, Try pressing and holding the Power button on the remote until the TV restarts to see if this resolves the issue. If it persists, please head to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, and check the sample beach image to see if the band is visible here.
