7100 error image please help

tv is unresponsive and just shows this error screen? It’s brand new

unplug tv from power socket for 5mins. remove all hdmi and USB devices from tv.

plug tv only back in and turn it on. now try the normal functions to see if the tv runs fine. ie apps or menu functions

if everything is OK now try plugging your devices one at a time starting with sky box 1st
