I have recently took delivery of QN95B Neo QLED 4K HDR TV and I am looking for advice. I am not happy with the way the TV has arrived. It has been fully built and is currently installed in my media cabinet however, the back panel plastic in the bottom right corner is out of alignment to the TV. The plastic is lifting outside of the frame and is not the usual build quality I have had in the past. The rear plastic is also extremly thin, unlike any previous generation I have had from Samsung previously. I guess my question is: Is this normal? and if not will it cause issues if left?
Samsung chat have not given me any answers and I am not happy after the money I have spent on this.
