6 seies Smart tv in Spain no BBC iplayer or itvhub

I have the above tv purchased and used in Spain. The UK tv players are not in the apps list on the tv to install. My friend  bought  the same tv in the same store about 6 months later,  he has the iplayer etc already installed. 

We both have the same software version which is the latest version.  

How can l download and install these apps please ? Any  ideas.

I have now solved the problem by learning from another post solution. On my tv in setup l was not able to select UK as a location, it was not in the country list. By checking the reply to people who had lost their apps l was able to get a greatly enlarged country list, including the UK.
All player apps now available as the tv now thinks l am in th UK.
All l have to do now is to get the vpn to work !
