There's a new Connectivity Labs hidden under the WiFi settings.

In the WiFi settings, press the 3 dot button, intelligent Wifi, scroll down to the bottom and tap intelligent Wifi 5 times. This will add another menu underneath.

There are quite a few features packed there and it looks polished.

@Juli3n check it out, it's back and Android Authority mentioned your post as one of the earliest posts about this being live for a time back in 2023: 

"I’ve confirmed that Connectivity Labs is available on Samsung phones running One UI 7 and the One UI 8 Beta. Given that Connectivity Labs was introduced in 2023, it should also be present on Samsung phones that still have One UI 6."
