Ziggo settings for Samsung 60KS8000

Hello,

I couldn't able to complete TV settings for Ziggo internet. Ziggo Call center provided below details but I do not know where I should enter in TV.

FREQUENCY : 164000

SYMBOL RATE : 6900

NETWORK ID : 4444

I will appreciate if you pls.help me, thanks in advance.

What is the full Model Code of the tv? (2016). Important question..

See sticker on the back of the tv and must end on XXN (Benelux Model).

This depends on the installed receiver. In case of a CI+ module, follow the next procedure:

Choose the brand name. Hope you can read Dutch.

These are strange settings giving by Ziggo.

• Normally:
• FREQUENCY 474000 
• NETWORK ID: 5555
• SYMBOL RATE : 6875
• Modulation:  64QAM.

Hello, thanks for the reply. Yes, I live in Netherlands. I hae bought my TV 2 years ago from Turkey. I tried to change the country in settings but it is locked. Do you know how can I unlock it ?

You can only change the language setttings, but not the country code.
