Hello,
I've bought QLED 65Q70A 03/08/21 directly from Samsung.
TV was delivered and registered.
Today due to movement I unmounted the TV from the wall and took a look on its' back, where I found out that the model is UE65AU, which is not QLED and costs twice cheaper.
So I checked my samsung account and indeed the device registered is UE65 with its' s/n.
I never paid any attention to that, but the wrong cheaper TV has been sent to me, instead of the one I actually bought.
I called Samsung service and as a reply the only I've got - "there is nothing we can do, sorry".
Opgelost! Ga naar oplossing.

Thank you for your response. After such a time we can't do anything about this. This isn't traceable anymore, when this is mentioned shortly after the delivery we can start an investigation. The delivery of your TV took place 1,5 year ago.

Thank you for reaching out to us. When i take a look at your order, I can see that the QE65Q70AATXXN is delivered at your place on friday the 6th of August. When the delivery truck is loaded al the barcode of the products are scanned to make sure the right product will go along with them.
Can you make a photo of the settings menu at your TV? Go to Settings > Support/Diagnostics > About this TV. Now you will see what the model and serial number is 😇
