Dear,

Does anyone know if Samsung TV’s have a feature that enable me to lock the tv for my children after a certain time? (I’m not looking for parental control based on age limit of programs. The whole tv needs to shut down on a certain point of time, for example at 23:00 hours.)

The feature should offer that it’s only possible to watch tv after the chosen time when you know the code.

Als het goed is, kun je dit instellen bij Instellingen→Algemeen→Systeembeheer→Tijd
Je kunt er alleen geen code opzetten..

I agree with Dick. TV's do have a time setting to turn it off but i dont believe there's a setting to prevent it from being turned back on again.

Maybe not the solution you're looking for but you could hook the tv up to smart power outlet.
You can set these up with your phone to turn on and off at certain times and they'll cut the power to the tv.
The Action has simples ones that aren't that expensive.
