Recently Spotify stopped working on my TV. 
I have a QE55QN85AATXXN.  For about two weeks now I have had no sound when I want to listen to Spotify. All other apps work properly. My software is up to date everywhere. I have already removed my app from the TV and downloaded it again, also on my iPhone. I have already completely reset my TV and restarted my iPhone. 

I can connect my account, but there is no sound, and my song also switches to a different one every 9 seconds. 

anyone have this too?

Thank youn for your message. Have you tried logging into Spotify directly from the tv? SO not using your mobile phone or other device. And does casting Spotify also doens't work?

Hi Ajay,

I experience the same issues as stated earlier: the Spotify app only runs songs for about 9 seconds without sound and then automatically skips to the next  song. I've already tried logging in directly from the Tv and in a previous community one of the solutions was to reset the networksettings: I've also tried that and unfortunately that also did not work. 

Could you please assist any further?
