Hello,

I received an email that there was an issue with my application for cashback because:

The Label is not cut out accordingly

The problem is that I am not able to follow the link to modify my application because the link provided just goes to a page that states the following (where I am unable to make any changes):

Deze promotie is afgelopen

The link looks like:

https://my-samsung.com/en/mysamsung/offers/#/ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx /

It states the following so I am in a bit of a hurry:

Note: The missing data must be corrected  no later than 23 December 2019  .
