oled S90c cadence pacing problems after firmware 1410.1 and 1420.9

Hello,

my tv was perfectly working on 1310 firmware.

samsung recently introduced 1410.1 which would solve audio problems and new menu features

i installed it but now i sometimes have a screen which seems to stutter

after investigation this problem seems to be called frame cadence/pacing

it is not there all the time but sometimes it looks like it is repeating/forgetting frames

Is samsung aware of this problem eg will there be a solution soon.?

firmware 1420.9 is online but that did not solve it either

To check whether this can be resolved, we also have the option to monitor you remotely. You can then make an appointment for a Remote Assistance session and one of my colleagues will call you back and monitor you remotely.
