Hello,

my tv was perfectly working on 1310 firmware.

samsung recently introduced 1410.1 which would solve audio problems and new menu features

i installed it but now i sometimes have a screen which seems to stutter

after investigation this problem seems to be called frame cadence/pacing

it is not there all the time but sometimes it looks like it is repeating/forgetting frames

Is samsung aware of this problem eg will there be a solution soon.?

firmware 1420.9 is online but that did not solve it either

ok, clear. iphone users however are left in the dark(no app exists)

i do not use apps on the tv. it is through both regular cable broadcasts as well as HDMI port(AppleTV 4K)

the problem was not there with 1310 but now with 1410 and 1420 it is there.

thee is not way for me to report it because the samsung members app does not work on my iphone

surely samsung must recognize how important it is to send in feedback

yes, after full reset problem still there, more vissible on the appletv4k than on regular broadcast.

it is not like it is happening every minute but when it does it looks like it is dropping frames

e.g when you have fast movement is looks like it skips frames and you see what looks like interlacing

i tested with the internal mediaplayer app and the problem is visible with internal apps as well

firmware 1310 did not have this problem.

all the things changed in 1410 and 1420.9 to solve audio dropout problems caused serious problems with the video output.
