What is the indicator next to the Wireless signal indicator?

I've just received a new S8 Tab Ultra and I'm a bit confused.

What is the indicator next to the wireless strength indicator? It looks like a network indicator but I haven't inserted my sim card into the tablet

Is a indicator that the tablet is receiving or sending data?

That's your WiFi signal indicator next to your signal strength and the battery indicator. It is showing you have a connection to the WiFi if it doesn't show then you are connected to either 3G/4G or if you have 5G enabled on your device.

Yes a indicator to indicate data coming in or going out. The arrows hard to see as they are small.
