Hi, as per subject, any way to disable vibration that is there at the end of switching off?

It is not possible to stop a Samsung phone from vibrating when powering off. This vibration is a built-in safety default designed to confirm the phone has successfully shut down and to prevent you from accidentally leaving it off.
