Wanted to purchase 2  a9+ tablets but to no avail.

How does this company do any business when they keep telling customers that they don't pass their Security checks!!

What checks ?

When you question this they can' tell you because of data and security !!!    

No other responsible company goes on this way.

I HAVE BOUGHT SAMSUNG FOR MANY YEARS INCLUDING TABLETS,PHONES AND TV'S BUT THIS NOW ENDS.  NEVER AGAIN !!

***** COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE IS JUST LIKE A SCRIPTED ANSWER!

Usually one of the things is the delivery and billing address being different.
Have you checked that your bank isn't blocking the transaction?
Also make double sure the information you provide is completely correct
Make sure all the relevant boxes have been ticked

Done all of that and it's definitely not a cash/ credit thing.

Tried 4 times different cards too and wife tried in her name and same refusal to her too.

They advised to try again 3-5 days later but couldn't guarantee the refusal again.

Crazy way of doing business. Never again with samsung anyway.

Maybe use a different browser. Especially if it's a browser that uses a VPN
Trouble is if you try too many times it can stop further attempts.
Generally I tend not to get too many issues with the Samsung browser
