Is not a carrier problem. Others carriers have de same problem I try it. Is a samsung update problem

I have an S23 and lost wifi connection ability after the 9/2025 update. I have turned everything off and on, reset and restarted to no avail. I am very disappointed and frustrated because nothing is correcting the problem. Any new solutions aside from these basics which are not working?
