Unable to forget saved wifi networks on Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 SM-T830

Hi I am having a lot of trouble with trying to remove these four O2 Wifi networks from my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Tablet (SM-T830 WiFi only version). 

 

I have tried: Reset network settings and Factory data reset without signing into Google/Samsung account but these saved networks remain on my device.

 

There are four saved networks:

 

O2 Wifi

O2 Wifi. 1x

Wifi Extra 

Wifi+

 

The problem I have is that there is no forget button to remove these Wifi networks as can be seen in these screenshots:

What other options do I have? Would Samsung Support Centre be able to remove these Saved networks for me?

Hi @idkwho.

 

It may be an idea to give our Support Team a call on 0330 726 7864. If they can't sort it out over the phone for you, they'll be able to arrange a Remote Management session for you, where an agent will be able to make a remote connection to your tablet.
