My Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 screen stopped working recently, I think the device itself might be ok as the A7 makes the duh-duh sound when I connect it to my PC and my PC correctly identifies it (see image). There are lots of sentimental photo's on it of my late dog who has only just passed away, can someone give me an idea of how to go about this please? As you can see the A7 is recognized by my PC but the folder for it is empty.
