Upgrade from Tab 7 FE to Tab 9 FE. I have a user profile on the old Tab 7 FE, however, the Smart Switch (app or Windows version) doesn't support the backup/ restore for the user profile. Does anyone have a solution for this, please? Galaxy Tab S9 @smart switch

Are you referring to Samsung Account profile? If yes, the just login with your Samsung Account credentials on S9 FE.

I mean the additional user profile other than the administrator profile on the Galaxy Tab.

Figures it out today in case anyone needs a solution for the same situation. Log in a different account in this user profile and choose temporary backup in the settings. It will save whatever to the Samsung cloud for a while. Restore everything from the new pad after log in the same Samsung account under a new user profile.
