tablet S9FE major problems since update to one ui8 android 16,

facebook will not go to landscape afer update,as i use bookcover keyboard EF-DX710i can't use keyboard in portrait mode the keyboard no longer appears on screen since update two days ago can anybody help.

Wipe cache partition
• Power off the device.
•  a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold  Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system

It is really not too complicated, wiping the cache partition deletes the temporary cache files which can become outmoded corrupt.  

A bit more detailed instructions here:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB with USB-C  cable, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
