Tablet not charging

My tablet has stopped charging! Does this mean the battery is dead and needs to be replaced with a new battery?

If so then I would expect this to be free as the tablet is still under 12 months warranty. Is there a link to make this claim?

More likely to be the charging port than the battery.

If you've tried all options including a different charger and cable then contact Samsung to book a warranty check.

They'll likely arrange to collect your device, send it away for repair then a couple of weeks later send it back. Note that they usually perform a factory data reset at the same time.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Under 12 months? Sorted—as long as there are no accidents such as water spillage, etc., you'll absolutely be given a free repair under warranty.

Does a Soft Reset by holding the Power /Volume Down Buttons for around 10 seconds (until Device Reboots) make no difference. Are there are any error messages such as debris /moisture, have you tried the Diagnostics.  Go to Samsung Members-Support-Phone Diagnostics-Cable charging.

if conducted the standards checks (including trying another cable/charger) though agree it would be best to arrange an inspection.
