Hi, I have just updated my Tab S9 Ultra to Android 14 One UI 6 in the Uk and my Recent Apps Key for Navigation is not working even when I changed around the keys. Gestures keys are working.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issues on my U.S. Tab S9 Ultra on Android 13.  When I updated to UI6 on Sunday, my NAVBAR buttons stopped working.  I haven't been able to find a solution.

Same here on my U.S. Tab S9 Ultra Android v13.  I received One UI 6 on Sun., 26 November, and now my NAVBAR buttons no longer works.  I haven't been able to locate a fix for this issue.

Hi. I have emailed the moderator screenshots already. No fix at the moment. Kindly use the gesture feature until a fix is issued.

Hi All. I have just updated my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra with the latest version of One UI Home and the Recent Apps, Home and Back key is NOW working. Check to see if you have the update and that it's working. 1701449687871.jpg

Hi, I just changed the location of the navigation bar to the left, closed it, and changed it back to the right side, and it is working fine now...

Hi Nantai. The update was available in my region UK at the time. If you pinch on the Home screen, then select settings, then about, this way, you can see if there's an update for One IU.
Ps. Check Galaxy Store to see if there's an update available, too.

Thank you  .      On other hand ,    in your Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra  ,  after the One UI 6  update ,  the wi-fi  works fine ?   ( speed and stable connection  )   ., and  if your model also has  LTE  ,  the mobile data ( 4G/5G  , works fine too ?

Hi Everyone - I just wanted to comment on this thread in hope that larger headcount will get quicker attention from Samsung (or whoever).

I can confirm that I just received the One UI6.0 update this morning on my Tab S9 Ultra & Tab S9 Plus. I have the exact same issue on my S9 Ultra only, the S9 Plus has no issues.

The issue-

  1. None of the navigation button works under normal usage.
  2. Only time the recent app or home button work is when you have Setting or some other app open. Otherwise all the buttons are basically locked up/unresponsive.

The solution:

Update One UI Home from either Galaxy Store (update section) or through Home Screen (pinch/hold) -> Setting -> About Home Screen -> Update (if available). Thanks for the solution post @rocketman18 , worked like a charm.

Seems unwise that Samsung wouldn't just bundle the One UI Home update with the massive 2.8gb software update. I am glad at least there is a workaround.
