#Tab S9 Ultra One UI6 - Recent App Key - Not working

Hi, I have just updated my Tab S9 Ultra to Android 14 One UI 6 in the Uk and my Recent Apps Key for Navigation is not working even when I changed around the keys. Gestures keys are working. 

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

I am having the same issue. And it only works if I open settings, display then navigation bar to change a different one, then once closed, the home, recent apps, and back all go dead again

Yes having the same issue. Recent app button, home button and back button. The first time I noticed it was when I was in the "Media Output" screen. None of those buttons worked. Recent apps doesn't work from the Home Screen either.

Huge pain! This really needs an update fast.

Seems to have quite a few bugs in the new software update after reading a lot of comments on this site.

Same here - gestures work properly but not the buttons.

Hi guys,

 

If you're able to and haven't done so already, can you send error reports with log files on this via the Members app?

 

As soon as the issue occurs (within 15 minutes is best):

Samsung Members > Support > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > choose frequency of issue, and write an accurate and good description (and attach any screenshots/pictures/videos showing the issue if you want/are able to) > tick ‘Send system log data’ > Send (the > icon on the top right).

(Or: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select 'Error reports' from the dropdown menu, and follow the steps from there.)

That will send that report and log files for the Samsung developers to analyse.

Hi AntS. Many thanks for your message. However, it's not an error appearing on the screen. But I will try and replicate it later today.
Guys. To replicate the issue. Open multiple windows and then open settings and under navigation. The Recent Key will allow you to see the previous Openned Apps you can take a Screenshot but once you close or return to the Home screen you will faced the Recent App key not allowing you to view those same openned apps again.
