Tab S8+ unlock stutter

Hi all , just got ui7 on my Tab S8+ , after I put my security pattern in and the tablet unlocks there is terrible stutter whilst ( what looks like ) the app icons get placed on the screen, after it's unlocked it's fine , doesn't do this every time though but does do it a lot , anyone any ideas? Thanks

Ok so I've realised that if I use a screen lock , pattern or pin etc when the tablet unlocks I get terrible stutter , if I don't use any screen lock it unlocks absolutely fine , no stutter ......

Well 3 months have gone by and I've still not been able to sort this unlock stutter that started when I installed one UI 7 , funny thing is , if I don't have a screen unlock pattern or pin it works fine , I do want to use a pin or pattern though , it's really annoying me which is why I was looking to upgrade ! Anyone else have an S8+ and have this ??
