Hi i just wanted to ask that when can i claim the free keyboard if i pre order the tablet

You'll be able to claim the Book Cover once you receive your Tab. You'll just need to head to your Members app. Or you can claim here, once you receive the Tab: https://2021.samsungpromotions.claims/galaxylaunchoffers

I never got an email when I submitted my claim. I can't check the claim as I don't have my claim number...

Hi @Joeeye. Assuming the email didn't end up in your spam/junk folder, if you get in touch with the Promotion team within seven days by email at galaxylaunchoffers@samsungpromotions.claims or by phone at 03300 545 396 (UK) or 1 800 851 987(ROI) they should be able to help you out.

How long we got ti claim these covers because it seems like I'm not getting my tab s8 ultra anytime soon seeing as samsung seem to prefer giving their tablets to youtubers free of charge instead of getting them delivered to us paying customers.
