Tab s7+

Hello can anyone help my samsung tab s7+ wont charge on any cable except a really old charge which is extremely slow all my charges work find on other devices, ive resent my tablet, cleaned the port, put it into safe mode but nothing is working. I have no idea what to do

@lucygales: Do you have access to a home computer? If so, are you able to establish a charge by connecting your Tab S7+ to the computer using a compatible USB cable? 

If the issue persists, head to Settings > Battery > Charging settings, and make sure that Fast charging is enabled (if applicable). Also, you my wish to try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps > OK > USBSettings > Storage > Clear cache.
