Does anyone know if you can replace the S Pen nibs on the new Tab S7 pen?

Hello

There is no clicking in the s-pen. I meant, that at that time, the pen nib clicked, or similar sound, and then it is difficult to write with it. It sometimes writes properly, and sometimes, however I try, however I change settings (In Draw Tab), it does not write.

Thank you for raising this with us Dave. Please be advised that the Tab S7 does not include spare S Pen nibs in the box. Samsung has made improvements on the design of the S Pen of the Tab S7 which should eliminate the need for replacing the nib. And if in case you encounter a manufacturing fault on the S Pen that came with your device, it comes with 1-year to cover for the inspection and repair. I am in the US, and I also have the warranty. I have already tried numerous times, called support, called tech support, but all I get is: "Yes, we will place the order for a replacement, and send you confirmation." Days pass, and no email, no confirmation or anything. Next time I call, they send me on the same rigamarole - support, tech support - oh we are very sorry....- and back to square one.

This is getting very very frustrating, and my problem is not getting solved.

Hello. Has anyone had success getting replacement nibs? I am in the same situation. Brand new S7 and the nib broke in about 2 months. I called into warranty and they sent me a new S Pen but still no replacement nibs. I'm willing to pay for the nibs but the ones I find on Amazon look pretty fake. I'm in the US.

In the UK the warranty team sent a nib removal tool and 2 nibs on a warranty claim. Based on comments on Reddit etc. It seems that most of the nibs from old spens still fit the new spen. I've not tried these myself. Personally I have not been convinced by claims that the new spen nibs are more durable than previous spens, but the spen does enhance the tablet.

Samsung support tell me I can't have a spare unless its damaged. They said I could buy one from pc World or currys

My S Pen broke ridiculously easily. It just started moving a bit one day and now it doesn't work. My Tab S6 Lite pen was far superior.

No tool or spares in box, so have to wait a month for some fake ones from China. Very disappointed that you can't get replacement nibs or pens from Samsung. Mine didn't seem to come with a warranty and I am in Vietnam, so no point contacting support.

The tablet has also started showing minor signs of not being as good as a basic iPad, like not being able to keep an app open while using another, or little glitches. Will check out another brand next time. Not Apple as I don't like their hard pens, probably Lenovo who seem to make something similar.

I use the pen all the time. So its very disappointing to not be able to use it anymore. I wanted to sell my Note as it doesn't support OTG audio devices (DAC/AMP), but may have to keep it just for the pen.

Having exactly the same problem just a year later, warranty is over, and apparently extended warranty doesn't cover accessories, so I'm not getting tips replacements or a new pen. My pen is literally 3 weeks away at max until the tip completely disappears. It's so frustrating that I've been trying to get Samsung to help and nobody offers a solution other than to buy a new pen myself.
