TAB S7 PROBLEMS

My tab s7 will not install the new update. It will not enter recovery mode or factory reset. Its only 7 months old. I've had the wefixit van out and it's a failing motherboard. Any one else had this ?

@Simbob86uk: I'm sorry to hear that. Was the engineer able to perform the necessary repairs? If you're still having trouble updating via Settings > Software Update, then I recommend trying Smart Switch on your home computer. To begin with, please follow the link below, click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' and download the relevant version.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your tablet using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.

No he's had to make another appointment which is 9 days away. My tablets only 7 months old. Its very poor service
