Bought the tab s7+, had it less than 24 hours and the nib of the same was wankered. Anyone else have the same problem?

I'm so far away from any major towns or cities it wouldn't be worth my time. I emailed that address 2 weeks ago and didn't get a reply. Someone on chat recently said that the email address is just for replacements parts etc. which is exactly what I said to the guy on chat, I said that if the address only dealt with parts then it's no good I've got extra nibs anyway. I'm becoming sick of rubbish support from Samsung.

Managed to get the nib removed by getting a fine needle, heated the needle with a lighter and carefully pushing into the nib and letting it cool. Then I threaded the needle and yanked it out. Worked amazingly well. Thankfully now I don't have to go through support.
