I'm so far away from any major towns or cities it wouldn't be worth my time. I emailed that address 2 weeks ago and didn't get a reply. Someone on chat recently said that the email address is just for replacements parts etc. which is exactly what I said to the guy on chat, I said that if the address only dealt with parts then it's no good I've got extra nibs anyway. I'm becoming sick of rubbish support from Samsung.
