I opened a contract for tab s7 plus on 2nd November from Vodafone uk. I received it on 3rd November and set it. In the last week I have found that I'm having issues with my screen freezing. Its getting to the point where I have to lock and unlock it just to be able to interact with the screen. Please can someone help me. I've already done a factory reset.

hey, I tried this and I also tried starting it in safe mode, neither worked. Is my tab s7 just broken? is there anything I can do at all?
