How is it possible that a tablet in the high price range has not yet received an update to One UI 2.5? How is it possible that in all official channels no one can give official information about these updates.

Unfortunately, this makes the Samsung manufacturer with the worst support

have u power of your device and restarted and tried if not try connect to a VPN to another country and see if its available because I have the update

Actually no one outside the Germany and Korea has received this update. And as usual there is no official information from Samsung.
