Tab S6 Keyboard cover issue azerty switch to qwerty

I regularly have to restart the Tab S6 due to my Belgian book cover keyboard no longer gives me azerty but qwerty on the screen. This seems to be a software bug, as all settings are correct, and I wonder if there is a better way than to restart...

have the same issue and impossible to reset it back to Belgium French, only standard French azerty and thefore lots of keys at different place

I had to add French as language (I use only English) and only then could I add the layout Belgian French for the cover keyboard.

Reset of the keyboard happened only after Android update so far on my Tab
