Hi all,
Just recently purchased a Samsung A9 as an upgrade for my daughter (as her old one was too slow for Roblox)
The Tab A9 runs Roblox great however there is a problem.
After just moments of gameplay, the camera gets messed up and you can no longer move around or the camera seems to get stuck in zooming in or out mode.
It seems to be something todo with the touch of the screen.
I also checked the in-game touch settings and tried all of them however the problem still persists.
Steps I have taken to fix the problem.
1) Reinstalling Roblox
2) Turning off/on the tablet
3) Checking that the Tablet is fully up to date
4) Factory reset of the tablet
The only solution to this problem (although only temporary) is clicking the Roblox icon to open the in-game menu then again to close it. Which seems to reset the controls and make things return to normal until only moments later when it happens again.
From what I can see online, this issue has existed for years and remains unfixed and unaddressed by Samsung which is suprising given how many people have had this or similar issues with the TAB A9 or A9+.
I would like this post to be a request to Samsung to Address or aknowledge the fault.
p.s This issue does not exist on my Galaxy S22+ or S24 Ulta so is clearly a model specific problem

Hello 👋 @rkho25 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
It does sound like the tablet is struggling to run the game seamlessly or it's current software.
It might be beneficial to let the game developers know, and you can send feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.
As this forum is predominantly a user to user help and discussion forum the Samsung Department for hardware and software wouldn't see your post here.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Thanks, but my post here should be enough to warrant someone looking into it further.
How about you as a Samsung Member Star ** do a bit of research and try to add some constructive feedback or resolution to this situation.
Update**
Today I purchased a Lenovo M9 Tablet.
Immediately there was no fault and Roblox works perfectly fine on it.
As a long time user and customer of Samsung I am sadened that I had to do this.

Apologies If I may have been a bit rude, it is just very frustrating.
I suspect Samsung are well aware of this problem but have not publicly addressed or recognized it as it likely will effect sales.
I think this because tapping on the Roblox button then again resets the touch pad and solves the issue however only for a moment. Almost like a work around.

It's a Roblox issue, it also happens on other devices too (some are more suspectible to it though), unless Roblox fixes it , there's nothing you can do to stop it from happening
