How do i prevent the OS updating to android 10? This update screwed up Maas360 control and proprietary app we use. Factory reset did not reverse the system update. The version 10 is crazy bad. If my customer in the field updates this tablet/s it becomes useless and trash
That's not what we like to hear. It's not possible to reverse a software update we're afraid, however you are able to turn off 'auto updates' within Settings > Software update. Is this issue just affecting one app?
