Hey @John_Barahona, try doing a Soft Reset of the tablet by holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds. Also, is it the full screen that is unresponsive to touch or only an area? Has the tablet been exposed to liquid or are your hands very cold when using it? You can also remove any third-party case or cover from the tablet and try again.
