Unfortunately, I seem to have exactly the same problem with my Galaxy Tab S5e, which is quite literally brand-new and was far from cheap! It is not quite so bad if watching a download via Amazon but on any of the other major platforms (BBC iPlayer, Sky Netflix et cetera) it is bordering on unwatchable. Therefore, Samsung, please help as otherwise this has very much been a first and last purchase from you!
