My tablet was working fine before I slept. After waking up 6 hrs later this is what the screens looks like. I need help with the screen. Sounds are fine because my alarm that is set to go off at 10am everyday still goes off.
@AN2019: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your tablet. Can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the device? In the meantime, please press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the tablet restarts. Does the issues persist following this step?
